Catholic Community Connection collaborates for the sake of mission to strengthen the common good of persons in Northeast Ohio and beyond. Our member organizations respond to the needs of the whole person throughout a continuum of education, healthcare, human services, and senior living ministries. Abundant Life is rooted in our mission and attention to the whole person. It is a valuable program that fosters integration of body, mind, and spirit and affirms the God-given human dignity of every person.
