The Mission of Abundant Life is to foster wellness through care for the body, mind, and spirit.

Abundant Life provides education, support, and evaluation in practical methods of care for the body, mind, and spirit. It teaches us to take an active role in our well-being by helping us to see our self and others as whole, multidimensional persons.

Abundant Life is based on the philosophy that each person is an inseparable unity of body, mind, and spirit and that care for the whole person contributes to well-being and fuller, more meaningful life. Abundant Life is what we all hope for. It is life filled with, loving relationships, meaning, joy, peace, and well-being and it is possible at every age, in whatever physical condition we are in.

Abundant Life can provide benefits in a variety of settings: health and human services, formal education, workshops, parish and communities, retreats, and more.
